Diversity Groups

We are committed to building and growing our diverse culture and have established several programs to foster that growth.

Employee Resource Groups

We have established employee resource groups for all genders, ethnicities and groups of people with similar interest to build and strengthen relationships and shared values of our inclusive culture. Our networks assist in fostering diverse recruiting and retention efforts, build cultural competence and leadership effectiveness, facilitate relationship between organization and external communities and constituencies, and support business projects and initiatives.

Speaker Series

We engage with third party speakers on a quarterly basis that address the firm on relevant cultural topics. Recent speakers include the Innocent Project, Urban Justice Center, Latino U College Access, Extra Lucky Moms and Inclusion Nation among others.

Recruiting Efforts

We are committed to building partnerships to help us build and retain our diverse workforce. Throughout our recruiting program we have various levels of engagement with organizations that focus on placing veterans, women, and ethnically diverse, socioeconomically diverse candidates within the organization at the campus and experienced hire level.
