Wayne Cohen

Wayne Cohen is an Executive Managing Director and the President of Sculptor Capital. Mr. Cohen joined Sculptor in 2005 and serves as Chair of the Firm’s Partner Management Committee, Chair of the Operational Committee, and a member of the Risk Committee. In his role, Mr. Cohen leads Sculptor’s global business activities and strategy. He manages the Firm’s day-to-day operations and oversees the Client Partner Group and all Global Infrastructure functions.

Mr. Cohen holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Tulane University, where he graduated magna cum laude, and a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law.
