Steven Pahuskin is an Executive Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel - Corporate and Taxation for Sculptor Capital.

Mr. Pahuskin oversees all aspects of Accounting, Operations, Tax and Treasury at Sculptor Capital.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2017, Mr. Pahuskin was a Tax Associate with Clifford Chance US LLP. Mr. Pahuskin holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University, SUNY and a Juris Doctor and LLM in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.
