Steven Pahuskin is a Managing Director, Tax Director and General Counsel – Corporate and Taxation for Sculptor Capital.
Prior to joining the Firm in 2017, he was a Tax Associate with Clifford Chance US LLP.
Mr. Pahuskin holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University, SUNY and a Juris Doctor and LLM in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.
