Norman Greenberg

Norman Greenberg is a Managing Director and General Counsel for Credit and Real Estate for Sculptor Capital. In this role, Mr. Greenberg is responsible for legal oversight of the firm’s credit and real estate businesses, including structured credit, corporate credit, institutional credit strategies, CLOs, real estate asset management, convertible and derivative arbitrage, and private equity transactions.

Prior to joining Sculptor Capital in 2018, Mr. Greenberg was an Associate with Covington & Burling LLP.

Mr. Greenberg holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and Bachelor of Arts from New York University.
