Kate Pillemer

Kate Pillemer is a Managing Director and Global Head of Human Capital for Sculptor Capital. In this role, Ms. Pillemer is responsible for oversight of all firm wide Human Capital matters including talent acquisition and recruitment.

Ms. Pillemer began working for Sculptor Capital in 2013 before rejoining the firm in 2022. Previously she held the position of Head of Human Resources for Searchlight Capital Partners. From 2019 to March of 2020, Ms. Pillemer served as Head of U.S Human Capital for Sculptor Capital and from 2013 to 2019 as Head of U.S Recruiting for Sculptor. Prior to that, she served as Vice President, Experienced Hire Recruiter at Goldman Sachs.

Ms. Pillemer holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Marketing from the University of Sydney.
