Kate Pillemer

Kate Pillemer is an Executive Managing Director and Global Head of Human Capital and Facilities for Sculptor Capital. In this role, Ms. Pillemer is responsible for oversight of all firmwide Human Capital matters including talent management, global benefits and employee engagement.

Prior to joining Sculptor Capital in 2022, Ms. Pillemer held the position of Head of Human Resources for Searchlight Capital Partners. Prior to that, Ms. Pillemer was Head of U.S. Human Capital for Sculptor Capital. Prior to that, Kate served as Vice President, Experienced Hire Recruiter at Goldman Sachs.

Ms. Pillemer holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Marketing from the University of Sydney.
