David Zeiden

David Zeiden is an Executive Managing Director, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Sculptor Capital. In this role, Mr. Zeiden is responsible for managing the Firm’s global compliance program and providing legal and regulatory advice across Sculptor’s funds business.

Mr. Zeiden joined Sculptor in 2007 and has held numerous legal, compliance and operational leadership roles across the group including Chief Legal Officer of Sculptor’s parent Rithm Capital Corp, Chief Compliance Officer of Sculptor, and General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer for Sculptor’s Asia business.

Before joining Sculptor in 2007, Mr. Zeiden spent nearly a decade in private practice in the Corporate Departments at law firms Paul Weiss and Debevoise & Plimpton.

Mr. Zeiden holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Certificate in Environmental Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Juris Doctor from the UCLA School of Law.
