David Zeiden

David Zeiden is an Executive Managing Director, Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Regulatory Counsel for Sculptor Capital. In this role, Mr. Zeiden oversees the Firm’s global compliance team and is responsible for managing the Firm’s global compliance program.

Mr. Zeiden has over 20 years’ experience as in-house counsel and in private practice advising on complex investments and other transactions as well as providing legal, compliance and regulatory leadership. Prior to his current role, Mr. Zeiden was General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer for Sculptor’s Asia office. Before joining Sculptor Capital in 2007, Mr. Zeiden was an Associate in the Corporate Departments of law firms Paul Weiss and Debevoise & Plimpton.

Mr. Zeiden holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Juris Doctor from the UCLA School of Law.
