Stephanie Lyerly is a Managing Director and General Counsel of Fund Formation for Sculptor Capital.
Prior to joining the Firm in 2022, Ms. Lyerly was Senior Counsel at Solus Alternative Asset Management and an Associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel.
Ms. Lyerly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from George Washington University and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center.
