Ashley Cooper

Ashley Cooper is a Managing Director and Director of Tax for Sculptor Capital. In this role, Ms. Cooper is responsible for, and oversees, the global tax compliance of Sculptor’s business and fund products.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2018, Ms. Cooper was a Senior Associate, Business Tax Services with KPMG, LLP.

Ms. Cooper holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Science, Tax Concentration from Southern Methodist University, Cox School of Business. Ashley is a C.P.A. certified in the State of Texas.
