Nicole Sermier

Nicole Sermier is an Executive Managing Director and Head of Residential Investments at Sculptor Real Estate. In this role, Ms. Sermier oversees Sculptor Real Estate’s investment activity across various residential strategies, including multifamily, senior housing, and affordable housing. Ms. Sermier's experience includes both debt and equity transactions, and investments in stabilized assets as well as development projects.

Prior to joining Sculptor Capital in 2008, Ms. Sermier worked as a Manager at AIG Global Real Estate. Prior to joining AIG, Ms. Sermier worked at the Local Initiatives Support Coalition and at Lehman Brothers in Fixed Income Research.

Ms. Sermier received a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, graduated phi beta kappa from Wesleyan University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Government and was a Fulbright Scholar. She is a member of the ULI Urban Development and Mixed-Use Council.
