Sculpting Change is Sculptor Capital’s philanthropic initiative that engages employees and directly supports charitable organizations across the four causes listed below. Executive Managing Directors at Sculptor Capital organize charitable planning in each of the four verticals, galvanizing employee participation in various volunteer activities and events throughout the year.

Matching Gift
Sculptor Capital supports the generosity of its partners and employees through a corporate giving initiative. Sculptor, in accordance with the Firm’s policies, helps maximize the impact of philanthropic giving by matching dollar for dollar all eligible charitable donations made by employees.
Philanthropy Reward Day
Sculptor Capital offers employees who participate in any of our Firm-sponsored offsite charity events additional paid time off in recognition for their volunteer service.

Sculptor was a Champion Sponsor of East Harlem Tutorial Program’s Fireside Chat discussing Cynthia Marshall’s path to success and creating a diverse and inclusive culture. EHTP offers students a culturally responsive and equitable learning collective to exercise their brilliance.
Sculptor Partners with Latino U
Sculptor employees hosted a Financial Operations-focused lunch-and-learn for Latino U College Access (“LUCA”) scholars. Founded in 2012, Latino U College Access (LUCA) is a nonprofit that transforms lives by making college dreams a reality for talented first-generation, Latino youth.
Sculptor Supports the Pat Tillman Honor Run
Sculptor sponsored and employees partook in the 2021 Pat Tillman Honor Run to provided academic scholarships and professional development opportunities for active duty service members, veterans and military spouses.
Women's Affinity Group Supports Win
Sculptor's Women's Affinity Group assembled 300 household kits for women in shelters to support Women in Need (Win). Win is guided by its mission to transform the lives of homeless women and their children by providing the safe housing, critical services, and ground-breaking programs they need to succeed.
KIPP Annual Book Drive
Every holiday season, Sculptor partners with local charities to provide support and assistance. As part of this year's giving program, employees donated books to KIPP Star Harlem Elementary School and read to its kindergarteners.
Employees at Cycle for Survival
Sculptor participated in Cycle for Survival, a national indoor cycling movement that raises money and awareness for rare cancer research.
Employees Build Community with Habitat For Humanity
Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, communities and hope. Sculptor partnered with Habitat for Humanity New York City to paint murals in a Brooklyn senior center.
Sculptor Supports Ronald McDonald House New York
Sculptor employees raise awareness for Ronald McDonald House New York. Since its founding in 1978, Ronald McDonald House® New York has provided temporary lodging and care for more than 35,000 families while their child battles cancer.
