Bill Sloan

Bill Sloan is a Managing Director and Head of Insurance Solutions for Sculptor Capital.

Prior to joining Sculptor Capital in 2022, Mr. Sloan was a Managing Director and Head of M&A, Strategy and Corporate Development at Zimmer Partners. While with Zimmer, he served as President of Zimmer Energy Transition Acquisition Corporation, a Special Purpose Acquisition Company, and on the boards of Sequentis Reinsurance Company and Carrick Specialty Holdings, both Bermuda Reinsurance Companies. Earlier in his career, he was an investment banker with J.P. Morgan and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he advised financial services companies on mergers, acquisitions, new business formations and capital raising. Mr. Sloan began his career in public accounting with Ernst & Young.  

Mr. Sloan holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University, and received his Certified Public Accountant designation.
